Travel Welfare is a young, fast-growing software provider specialising in travel related e-commerce.
The Travel Welfare founders, Stuart Fullarton and Dave Mills, have worked for major airlines at Senior Management level and have had direct responsibility both operationally and financially for managing Customer Service during disruption.
They recognised significant failings in the current practice of LRV issue, from a financial, security and control perspective, and realised that by automating the processes, the bespoke software can potentially reduce costs, improve efficiencies and enhance the customer service experience.
This will be further improved by planned future releases which will include the utilisation of new technology to enable customers to receive vouchers and text messages on mobile devices.
